By opting in to receive text messages from HTX Endodontics, you agree to the following SMS Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of SMS communications provided by HTX Endodontics.

1. SMS Consent and Use of Phone Numbers: Phone numbers collected through the SMS consent process are used exclusively for communications related to HTX Endodontics’ services and operations. Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, and phone numbers will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from HTX Endodontics, you may receive messages related to Account Notifications, including but not limited to:
   • Appointment reminders
   • Follow-up messages related to treatment or care
   • Billing inquiries and account-related communications
   • Scheduling and rescheduling notifications
   • Practice updates
3. Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the practice and the nature of communications. You may receive up to five (5) text messages per week, though frequency may be higher in limited circumstances such as appointment coordination or urgent notifications.
4. Fees and Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. HTX Endodontics is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of SMS communications.
5. Opt-In Methods: You may opt in to receive SMS communications from HTX Endodontics by submitting an online form that includes SMS consent.
6. Opt-Out Method: You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
   • Replying STOP to any text message received
   • Contacting our office directly to request removal from SMS communications
   Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.
